When can I expect to see results?
If you follow the program, you will love the results. The key is consistency.
If you're consistent with your workouts and adhere to the ongoing nutritional
information in the Win-in-10 meal plan, you will get results faster
than you thought possible. Mari Windsor believes in a statement once
said by Joseph Pilates, "after 10 sessions you'll feel a difference,
20 sessions you'll see a difference and 30 sessions everyone will see

Can I follow this program if I'm pregnant?
You must check with your personal physician before doing any type of
exercise while pregnant. Then if you decide to use these videos while
pregnant, Mari recommends that you follow the "modifier" in
each video. "The modifier" is doing the exercises at an easier
level. Be careful and always stop immediately if there’s any discomfort.
But remember to talk to your doctor first before you start this or any

Can
I follow this program if I'm very overweight (obese)? If so, when could
I expect to see results?
Yes, but if you have concerns about your health and/or are very overweight,
